UK Delivery

24 hour tracked:

Orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are processed same day.  If your order is placed after 2.00pm this will leave our warehouse the following day or on Monday if placed after 2.00pm on a Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays)

48 hour tracked:

Orders placed before 2.00pm are processed same day.  If your order is placed after 2.00pm this will leave our warehouse the following day or if placed after 2.00pm on Friday then it will leave the warehouse on the following Monday. (Excluding Bank Holidays)

 Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

 24 hour tracked charge:  £5.50

 48 hour tracked charge:  £4.00

Liability

Jaybhaircare does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Delivery

Any delivery timescales are indicative only.   Some orders require a signature upon delivery.  If you are not there to receive an order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements.
