Returns / Refund Policy

Returning Your Order If you change your mind.

As you are a consumer and have made an order online you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days from your delivery. Please notify us at info@jaybhaircare.co.uk that you intend to return your order and we will contact you with instructions.

Please allow 14 days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed.  Products must be unused with the security seal still in place.

We regret we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.

Your rights if there is a problem with the product

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible to ensure a prompt resolution. We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products within 3 days of receipt. Contact us at info@jaybhaircare.co.uk.  Please provide the order number and keep the box, packing note and all items received, for inspection.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
