We are proud to confirm we are a British brand and our products are all manufactured in the UK. The brand is owned by celebrity hairstylist Jay Birmingham.

We can confirm that our products are suitable to use if you have hair extensions, and on wigs. We would also recommend that you consult your hair extension care instructions.

The full list of ingredients contained in our products are listed on the product page under “Ingredients” so you can see exactly what they contain. Our conditioner contains Macadamia nut oil and our shampoo contains Argan oil.  We would therefore advise against using this product if you have a nut allergy and that is why we recommend a patch test first.

Yes our Shampoo and Conditioner is vegan and does not contain any animal derivatives.

Yes the bottles can be recycled but the pump should be unscrewed and thrown away before recycling the bottles.

Yes, as long as you have entered an email address when you place your order you will receive a tracking number when your order is despatched.
